Greeting from Perth on a cold blustery Sunday afternooon. It has been thrilling to see so many people visit my new website and then express interest in my book. My journey to publihisng has been filled wiht a million tiny small steps over a long period of time. As my husband said to me, " Dreams do not have an expiry date" The publication of my story, is a dream come true. It is written for the puprose of offering hope and praticial tips to anyone who is faced with challening cirumstances. HOPE - being the key word. Hope is what lights our spirits and fills the imagination, wihtiout hope dreams and goals become stuck and darkness fills the cracks where the light used to beacon. If you are feeing stuck, like everyhting is too difficut and unachievable.... it is about taking small steps towards the light . This may mean simply writing down our hopes and dreams and actually giving them some air to breathe. Or it could be drawing images and using colours that resonate with what you want to create or forming a collage of places you would like to travel, objects you would like to own, a lover you would like to hold...... small steps. I love exploring art and colour and have used collages to create the new, when building the home of my dreams and attracting the husband of my dreams - in both instances it worked.
